Kaviyo Set Up
- Klaviyo initial set up with Shopify store. *inc testing to ensure tracking working.
- Migrate any existing data from Mailchimp (List and segment creation).
- Develop email template within Klaviyo. Using existing site creative assets and sourcing from client designer if needed.
- Create a new pop up (exit intent) to collect subscribers.

Build out, in full the following email flows within the platform. The objective of these flows to encourage users to purchase either from abandon cart, browse abandon, initial subscription, upsell:
- Welcome Flow - Sent to new subscribers collected via pop up or on-site.
- Abandon Cart - Those that initiated checkout but not completed purchase.
- Browse Abandon - Existing subscribers that have visited the site and not purchased.
- Post Purchase / Customer Winback - Follow up from first purchase to encourage new purchase / upsell.
- It is anticipated each of the above flows would have 4-5 emails minimum.
- Set up basic segment and list structure for ongoing data performance reviews (Engaged data, lapsed customers, un-engaged data etc).
