Key Deliverables:

Create / plan campaign calendar to include key annual promotions; Summer sale, Black Friday and tactical weekly activity inc. product launches, competitions, newsletters etc

Ongoing data segmentation to refine campaign approach e.g. identifying key upsell data, cross sell data for bespoke campaigns or email engagement reviews on OR / CTR.

5-10 Email campaigns and 2 SMS campaigns per month. This includes template build, copywriting, design, A/B testing and optimizing for engagement e.g. resend to non-openers with key promotions.

Managing any deliverability issues that may arise such as Gmail blocking.

Continued implementation of any additional automations that are required: Cross sell, Loyalty, Sunset flow etc.

Flow automation optimisation, A/B testing, subject line assessment, review of timing in flows, adding conditional splits, switching out creatives.

Weekly meeting to review / sign off campaign activity.
